Omar al-Bashir indicted for Genocide

Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo of the International Criminal Court has finally proceeded in indicting Sudan's president for his role in the genocide in Darfur. There are problems, however, because al-Bashir has not signed important documents that recognize the legitimacy of the International Criminal Court. Some even argue that violence may escalate in Darfur due to the criminal charges. Read more about this by visiting the BBC website.
